Charting Your Course and Embracing Your Unique Business Cycles
Ever wonder why business advice that works for everyone else just doesn’t feel right for you? Regyna Curtis shares how tuning into your inner timeline, instead of outside “shoulds,” helps you stop pushing in the wrong season.
It makes sense that me and Regyna Curtis hit it off as soon as we met. She’s a multi-passionate, art-making, swears-like-a-sailor hippie who refuses to niche herself down to just one thing.
I mean, if you're gonna be a hippie, at least be one that drops an F bomb here and there. 😆
I'm always a sucker for things like Human Design, Enneagram, Myer's Briggs and all the things, so when she said she was helping people design their business seasons around their birth chart, I couldn't lean in fast enough.
So if you're someone who hates the idea of “pushing through Q4” or you've never been that into New Year’s resolutions, those things might not be lining up with where you are in your internal calendar.
It's super cool to think about, and I love when anyone is super passionate about what they do, and Regyna is 100000% that.
And fun fact, I was on her podcast last month, you can check out that episode too if ya want!

What Is Charting Your Course, Really?
(and Why It’s Not Another Personality Test)
Regyna’s framework uses your birth chart to find your natural timing, but instead of handing you another archetype to wear, it flips the view from outside-in to inside-out. At its core, it’s a calendar and a bunch of reflective questions.
And yes, I realize it's more in the woo side of things that you're used to from me, but it’s a cool way to look at and think about your capacity. 🌙
Seasons, Cycles, and Why Your Energy Isn’t “Wrong”
Some people’s winter lands in the dead of summer. Which means you won't feel like doing what everyone might think you should. Like I said before, why pushing in Q4 might be the last thing you want to do, or you feel inspired to make your "word of the year" in August. It all depends on your own internal seasons! 🍂
Ignoring Business “Shoulds” is Easier When You Know Your Own Seasons
If you're like me you wanna break the rules, but sometimes you're like... should I break this rule??! What if THIS one is important and I "should" follow it?
I feel like learning Regyna's seasons helped me understand why some of the shoulds didn't work for me so I could break them for a reason. Or even follow them in a different season when it makes sense for you and they could actually inspire you. Regyna’s daily reflection questions help you build that self-trust, one day at a time. 💜
