What's the schedule like in the 24/7 community?

Great question! If you're interested in hanging with us, you gotta know when things are happening!

Since all the events are private for just the 🏠 24/7 Playhouse Community our official calendar lives inside Heartbeat, but here's a recent month so you can get an idea of what we have going on...

Official Hangouts are Thursdays 12-3pm et

It sounds bonkers, but you can totally pop in and out as you want to!

📺 We have replays of the Think Tank and Podcast Interviews if you can't make it live! ( 🛼 Friends of The Playhouse get the extended interviews too!)

Our coworking room is open 24/7 but members can host rooms too

You can post in the chat and just hop in...

Or you can hit me up and we'll add a coworking event that highlights you and your expertise and gives members a space to work.

For example: If you were an ADHD Friendly Organizer like Bea, you could host a "Let's tidy up together!" Where folks can be inspired to do that or just choose to come do their own thing, but you start to be known as the organizing person in the group!

Or if you're like Kayce Hodos, who helps moms with overwhelm you could host a breakroom where we all vent/strategize about balance mom life and work life.

Here's a sample schedule:

1st Thursday

Friendship-first networking! 6 mins each room, just a quick vibe check and then you can take your conversation to a longer coffee chat, Voxer, email or just follow each other on socials... whatever makes sense for you! No pressure at all. 🥰

And the coworking room is 50 mins of work with a 10 min break before the top of the hour to chat and get some accountability to get your sh*t done! 😬

Monday | 2-3pm
Quarterly Themed Parties with music, prizes, and 3 rounds of breakout rooms with introvert-friendly, quirky, totally-you conversations that spark actual friendships that could lead to business growth! Open to 🛼 Friends of The Playhouse too!

Wednesday | 10am-12pm
Rene's a Website Developer who'll be working on her portfolio while she holds down the fort in the coworking room! Come work on your portfolio or whatever you have on your to-do list and hang with her while you work.
* Rene's doing these monthly for a while

2nd Thursday

Coworking for the first 2 hours (pop in and out as you want) then an interview with a Playhouse member for the podcast with a LIVE Q&A - replays available cause it's a podcast! It'll be promoted on the public podcast, and the extended bonus content is just for members.

Monday | 12-2pm
Trish from Task Lemonade is a Systems Specialist so she could be working on a variety of things for her business or a client. Come hang with her and get your stuff done too with 10 minute breaks to remember you're human.
* Trish usually hosts most Mondays

Friday | 1-3pm
This time we work for 50 mins and then have a 10 minute dance party. Cameras optional as always! Think 80s, 90s, and some Robyn, Spice Girls, Springsteen, or whatever I'm feeling that day. It's an experiment, but I love it so far! 🥳
* I'm doing these once a month as an experiment

3rd Thursday

Another Thursday hang, another podcast interview with a member and some more coworking - I love coworking because you get to get stuff done that you need to, but still network and socialize a bit!

Friday | 4-6am
Vickie's an American English teacher living Spain so this one is an EU Friendly coworking sesh. She'll be working on her lesson plans, but come hang with her and Gunther and Janice (😸😸) and knock out your to-do list too!
* Vickie's testing out Fridays for a couple months

Tuesday | 12-2pm
Kate's an annual report designer for non-profits, but she's also down to hang and craft! Bring your latest craft and hang out with others while doing something artistic! Drop in for the whole time or pop in when you can.
* Kate's doing CoCRAFTING once a month through 2026

4th Thursday

Another Thursday hang with our Think Tank Mastermind where we share what we're working on, our wins, ask for feedback, brainstorm and even vent sometimes! Then we have a 2 hour coworking sesh to implement what we're excited about from the mastermind!

Thursdays Stay Consistent, but we leave room for random fun + coworking

But there's always plenty to do and fun people to cowork with.
